What to include in your first message
Tell us the hoodie style, fabric direction, approximate quantity and when you want it in market. Attach artwork and reference photos if you have them. If you are early in development, that is fine — say so and we can point you to the right guides and product pages.

After your first message
We reply with questions about fabric, fit, decoration and quantity where needed, then confirm the sample scope. Samples typically take 7 days from confirmation. Keep files and decisions in one email thread or chat so the approved details are easy to find when bulk starts.
What happens if your project is not a fit
If your design needs a process we cannot do well, or your quantity per style is below the 100 pcs MOQ, we will tell you directly and suggest options where possible — for example consolidating colors so a style reaches the MOQ.

Before you send artwork
Vector files or high-resolution images with intended sizes make decoration quotes accurate. If artwork is not final, say so and describe the size and color count you expect.
