Many brands and print shops start with off-the-shelf blank hoodies, then hit limits: the fit is generic, the fabric weight is not quite right, colors are limited and the neck label belongs to someone else. Having blanks made to your own specification solves those problems while you keep decoration in-house.

To be clear about what this is: we do not hold stock of ready-made blanks. Each blank hoodie order is cut and sewn to your fit, fabric and colors, with an MOQ of 100 pcs. That makes it a better fit for brands that want a consistent house blank than for one-off orders of a few pieces.

A blank hoodie brief is simpler than a decorated one, but these points still matter:

• Fit and size chart: regular, relaxed, oversized or cropped, with key measurements.
• Fabric: fleece or French terry, weight direction and hand feel.
• Colors and quantity per color and size.
• Hood construction, drawcords and eyelets, or a cleaner no-drawcord hood.
• Neck label: your own woven or printed label, or a removable label if you relabel later.
• The decoration method you will use, so the fabric surface suits it.

If you will screen print, puff print or embroider the hoodies yourself, tell us. Surface, color and the position of seams and pockets all affect how decoration sits. A flat front without a pocket, for example, gives more space for large prints, while embroidery benefits from a stable fabric.

Consistency between batches is the main reason to own a blank. Keep the approved sample and the color references so reorders match, and plan reorders in the same colors where possible.
